July 2006: M&A Congratulates Winning Clients in GA and AL!

McLaughlin & Associates is pleased to offer congratulations to our clients who came away the winners yesterday in Republican primary elections for lieutenant governor in Georgia and Alabama.

In Georgia, State Sen. Casey Cagle defeated former Christian Coalition director Ralph Reed in a 56%-44% vote for the nomination. Cagle's November opponent will be determined by an upcoming Democrat runoff election.

In Alabama, Luther Strange won a 55%-45% runoff victory for the nomination against PSC Commissioner George Wallace, Jr. Strange will face former governor Jim Folsom, Jr. in November.
